Victoria Newman
Victoria enjoys sharing her expertise through in-person workshops ensuring participants are able to engage, discuss and leave workshops feeling empowered and with practical tools and strategies to implement their learning in the short, medium and long term. Victoria presents together with Andrea Mills who practices in a multilingual school with children in lower primary school. Having worked together for many years, Victoria and Andrea are keenly aware of the complex and dynamic nature of the role of educator. Rooted in a strong shared pedagogical base, they bring the experience of a range of roles within different school contexts. Participants in their workshops consistently feedback how effectively they are able to thoughtfully link theory with practice in a way that feels highly accessible to teachers.

Andrea Mills
Andrea’s passion for professional dialogue and exchange shines through in her intimate in-person workshops, thoughtfully designed to facilitate deep engagement and equip participants with practical tools and strategies that foster their growth in the short, medium, and long term. In collaboration with her colleague Victoria Newman, Andrea finds herself anchored in a shared sense of purpose born from years of working alongside each other. Together, they bring to the forefront a blend of experiences drawn from diverse educational landscapes. Feedback from workshop participants consistently underscores their ability to bridge theory and practice in an accessible manner, reflecting their commitment to facilitating meaningful learning experiences for educators.

Sean Walker
Sean is particularly interested in play, playful learning and inquiry, and engaging young learners as explorers and thinkers. He has close to 20 years of facilitating professional learning for teachers both online and face-to-face. Sean has led webinars and online courses for Toddle, ELSA and the IB, as well as in-person workshops in over 20 countries. Working with adult learners, Sean has very clear understandings in mind to unpack together by making connections, developing and refining theories, accessing varied resources and sharing practical examples from the classroom. At the same time, adult learners are encouraged to ask questions, wonder and pursue their own personal inquiries, too.
